Responsibility Chart

It’s often asked what items are the responsibility of owners versus the association. This document lists owner and association responsibilities. It is a few years old but is generally correct and we will update it as needed. Please note that although something may be the responsibility of the association we still have to prioritize items and ensure there is money available to do the required work.
