Roofing update corrections

Before getting into the update I just want to say that Stacy has beeen the point person on this project and has done an incredible amount of work over the past year to get us to where we are now. There is still no guarantee that our insurance will pay to replace all remaining roofs but our commitment to ensure no one has to pay a special assessment is intact and we have contingency plans in case our claim for the remaining roofs is not approved. Jim and myself have had the opportunity to be involved in every step of this process but when we haven’t been able to make a meeting with the roofers Stacy has gone out of her way to make sure we understood the process and I have total trust and confidence in her when it comes to this project. Without her this project would not have been possible and she really deserves our gratitude for dealing with the mountains of paperwork and phone calls it has taken to get us to where we are now. When things go well you can thank Stacy. When they don’t, we take responsibility for that as a team and you can place the blame on us as a team, not any individual.
