Landscaping and snow removal

We all know that last year’s snow removal didn’t go so well and this year’s landscaping is off to a rocky start. Here’s what’s going on and why it is the way it is.

A previous board member signed several contracts with vendors that extend out four years in some cases without letting the rest of the board know. Now we are in a situation where we need to simply work with what we have and let those contracts run their course as it is not worth the possible expense to fight them at the moment.

Landscaping is now going to happen every Thursday. If you need flags and ribbons to mark off areas you do not want the landscapers to touch on Thurdays
