Next Association Meeting open to the Public July 22
We’re holding our second to last public meeting of the Townhome HOA next week on July 22nd at 6:30pm both in person and over Zoom so you have a choice of whether to attend in person or virtually. Please note that you’ll be responsible for bringing your own chair if choosing to attend in person as we will be meeting near the swing at the front entrance by the pond. And although the vaccine is available and cases of COVID are declining there’s still concern over the delta variant so the board is going to abide by social distancing guidelines and may choose to wear masks if we feel the need to.
Information on how to join by Zoom can be found in the letter we sent a few weeks ago and we will be happy to give you the link and access codes to log on or call in if you prefer. Just send an email to the board or Debbie and we will send you the Zoom info again.
The following is our preliminary agenda. This is subject to change and our official agenda and notes will be posted online at this website and our Facebook group:
approve previous minutes
review current financial standing
general updates on issues and questions that have come up in the past three months
preliminary discussion about the upcoming budget to be voted on later this year
roofing project update
a review of how we prioritize and schedule work on units
Will a special assessment or a dues increase be required next year?
landscaping review
responsibility chart review
painting and trim schedule and update
and more
If you have a suggestion or questions we will be open to considering them all.
We will also have two public budget meetings following our July meeting and prior to the final meeting of the year. This will allow owners to review the budget twice and give their feedback before we vote to approve the 2022 budget
As mentioned before, the official agenda and meeting minutes will be posted before and after the meeting.
We hope to see you there
