August 2022 Meeting Minutes

Below you will find a PDF copy of the meeting minutes for the August 2022 Public HOA Meeting.

A letter has been sent regarding the proposed 2023 budget which you should have already received. You have 30 days from receipt of the letter containing the proposed budget to voice concerns, ask questions, and generally make suggestions. Please keep in mind that although each category has a specific dollar amount assigned to it we are permitted to move money from one area to another if we find that one category requires more attention than another. The important thing is that the final expenditures and income line up at the end of the year.
