January 2021 Meeting Scheduled

The Association’s board of directors invites you to join us for our first meeting of 2021 and would like to share some updates with you. If you’d like to get these updates before they reach your mailbox please join our Facebook group (facebook.com/groups/NeufairfieldHOA) and check this website where we post notices like this one early.

The next public meeting will be held via Zoom on Thursday, January 21st at 6:30pm. Please see our Facebook group for details on how to join the meeting or send us an email and we’ll give you the URL and passcodes. We do not post Zoom meeting information publicly to avoid situations where non-members join and possibly cause disruptions.

Please be aware of the following going forward in 2021

  • Dues have increased by $25 starting in January 2021 and are now $200. If you are having trouble making payments please reach out to us as soon as possible to avoid accumulating late fees

  • There is absolutely no parking in the areas marked with No Parking signs. There have been many instances of owners double parking in front of their driveways and blocking neighbors’ driveways. We will begin towing any vehicle in violation of this rule without notice at the owner’s expense. Details regarding how to report vehicles obstructing private drives are forthcoming.

  • Running a business out of your home is strictly prohibited and doing so will expose you to fines. We understand that many are working from home during the pandemic and having a home office shouldn’t be an issue. Businesses that are loud or attract excessive traffic should find an appropriate location outside the subdivision to conduct business.

We will be discussing the progress of the roofing project, repairs and enhancements planned for spring, and taking questions during our meeting. The full agenda will be posted in our Facebook group beforehand so be sure to join it. We hope to see you there.

Sincerely,
The Neufairfield Townhome Association Board of Directors
Bill, Jim, and Stacy
