Trim Repairs Scheduled

For owners who have been waiting since July for trim repairs we finally have a date you can expect repairs to be made. The contractor will be replacing trim on two buildings on Colonial on November 2nd and 3rd. The delay was caused by a combination of a backlog of work and delays in acquiring materials due to COVID.
