Painting begins August 3rd - 26th

Painting and trim replacement for 3 buildings (that’s 12 units, technically 13 units) starts tomorrow and Thursday if it doesn’t rain.

They will need to use a backyard spigot to hook up to. The cost of the water used is negligible. If they use your water and are concerned about the cost the board will reimburse you the $10 (it’s not even that much) worth of water costs they’ll be using.

After they power wash trim replacement will start next week and painting will be underway the week after. This includes all wood window trim, garage doors, and front door posts.

Did you know that the front door posts are actually decorative? There’s an internal metal or concrete structure that actually bears a load so even if your post looks crooked or rotted, the internal structure will be fine 99% of the time.

This is happening on August 3, 4, and August 8-26 depending on weather.
