Public HOA Meeting on August 25th
On August 25th, 2022 from 6pm to 7pm our third quarterly meeting of 2022 will be held. This public meeting will be held via Zoom and last an hour. To join go to zoom.us and enter the meeting ID and password found in the letter you will receive between August 4th and 10th. There will be a dial-in number as well to join by phone, also found in the letter. If you find yourself without the information please send the board or management company an email and we will send you the link and credentials you need to join the meeting.
The main focus of this meeting will be roofs, dues, and what happens when you try to force the Association to do things they don’t have the funds for. We’ll also talk about what we’ve done, what we’re doing the rest of the year, and priorities for next year. Check the website, the Facebook, and come to a meeting and you’ll know everything as we literally post everything we know on this website, on Facebook, and answer questions sent to us by email. Anything you want to know we are happy to answer.
Here is some of what we’ll discuss:
Q&A Time - We have this at the end of every meeting.
Why aren’t you getting letters from Advanced? You most likely are. We have a theory.
Word on the street - People talk, we hear about it, and what’s been going around makes no logical sense. Come hear why it makes no sense
Paint and trim repair - It’s happening now. How much more do we have left?
Driveway/pothole repair - When can we resurface driveways, do sealcoating, and fix potholes?
Tree maintenance - The arborists have been hard at work. What have they done and what will they do next?
Landscaping - It’s bad. What can we do, what are we going to do about it
Roofs - You can get a new roof today for several thousand dollars out of your pocket or be patient while we work the insurance claim. We’ll discuss.
Dues are going up. We’re sorry. Vendors are charging more and we’re doing more than previous boards because we have to and because we want to. We’ve also had to clean up the mess of previous boards who focused on landscaping instead of focusing on the actual structural integrity of buildings. $50,000 was spent on the removal of bushes rather than siding, trim, and roofing.
Brad Grogan from Legacy Restoration will be on hand to talk about roofs
Siding - We’ll talk about when it starts, how we are prioritizing units, and how many buildings will be done total
Sincerely,
The Neufairfield Townhome Association Board of Directors (Bill, Jim, & Stacy)
