Painting begins September 13th

PAINTING STARTS SEPTEMBER 13th

We’ve hired a company to paint 4 buildings next month. We originally wanted to do five but we had to drop one of the buildings because we wanted to focus on buildings that were in the worst shape and those cost more than buildings that are doing better.

All buildings will get:

- Replacement wood trim where current trim is rotted

- Paint for all wood trim

- Garage trim paint

- Porch trim paint

The following buildings will have the work done beginning September 13th:

1110 - 1116 Colonial

1120 - 1126 Colonial

2407 - 2413 Silver Hill

2407 - 2413 Brush Hill

Cars will need to be removed from driveways while the painters work. More information will be sent out as we get closer to the date.
