Public HOA Meeting on Feb. 10
We are having our first public HOA meeting of the year this Thursday February 10th. You should have gotten a letter in the mail with information regarding how to join (it will be a Zoom meeting) including the meeting ID and passcode. If you have lost your letter here it is reproduced below. If you need the meeting ID and passcode please contact the Board and/or Management company and they will provide it to you.
The board of the Neufairfield Townhome Owners Association invites you to join us for our first meeting of 2022. This meeting and all meetings going forward will be held via Zoom on February 10th, 2022 at 6:30pm and last an hour. To join go to zoom.us and enter [MEETING ID REDACTED] when asked for the meeting ID and [PASS CODE REDACTED] for the passcode. The dial in number is 312 626 6799 and will prompt you for the same ID and passcode.
Since the first batch of roofs were replaced back in December things have been pretty quiet so we only have a few reminders and announcements this time. We will also have an update on the roofing project at the meeting as well.
A few reminders:
Park in your own driveway or garage. Parking on private drives has always been prohibited but now if you do it you’ll be in the way of our snow removal crews. If you park on a private drive and find your street not adequately plowed the next morning this is one possible reason why and you will be fined and, if we see it soon enough, towed without warning.
Basketball hoops are to be taken down and stored for the winter starting December 1st. Again, this is to ensure our plow crews can do their job
Salt is only effective within a set temperature range. If you see salting has occurred but you still have ice you may be in an area that doesn’t get enough direct sunlight or temperatures are too low for it to be effective
Predictably, now that it’s winter we’re seeing more dog poop than ever. When there’s a giant mud mountain behind the home of someone who owns a lap dog we know what’s going on. Pick up after your dog or pay a fine. Going into someone else’s yard to let your animal relieve themselves isn’t fooling anyone.
Dues are still $200 monthly and can be paid on the ComWeb portal. Contact Advanced if you have any questions about automatic payments or access issues.
This is the most relaxed board when it comes to enforcing rules in years. We only ask a few simple things and explain why we’re asking for it. Please just use your driveway, keep your street clear of plowing obstacles, pick up your dog poop, and we’ll all have a good winter.
Sincerely,
The Neufairfield Townhome Association Board of Directors (Bill, Jim, & Stacy)
